Since its inception, ACA has been working and functioning to inform and advise consumers.
\nIn 1990, the initiating group was created, the program and the charter of the association were drafted.
\nACA on 27.10.1991, for the first time campaigning for potable water, lacking chlorine and 400 people were diarrhea, this material was published in the Tirana newspaper and was aired several times on Tirana radio and Albanian television.
\nIn 1991, the association protested for alcohol poisoning and 50-person ice cream, this was published in the Tirana newspaper, the Association sought to empower control inspectorates.
\nACA increased its activity in 1992, publishing the first “Consumer\" newspaper with 10,000 copies.

\nIn the years 1993-1994, she continued her 2-year campaign “On the hygiene of water and the hygiene of the groceries\".
\nACA in 1994, organized the campaign “Against Alcohol and Tobacco\", where the media engaged in this campaign.
\nACA organized in 1995, in cooperation with the Directorate of Standards and Quality, for training courses in consumer protection with leading and leading country leaders.
\nACA in 1995, with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, drafted the draft “On the Law on Consumer Protection\" (adopted on 06.02.1997).
\nACA in 1995, organized the campaign for “Market Improvement\" (an old problem between consumers and the market).
\nIn 1996, ACA engaged with the Standards Department, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health in giving opinions and suggestions for making laws that were in the interest of consumer protection.
\nACA in 1995, 1996, 1997, engaged and requested the support of relevant ministries such as: M.SH (Ministry of Health) M. T (trade ministry), for resolving 2,200 complaints that consumers had on the water problem drinking, the problem of markets, and sewerage.
\nACA on 16 September 1997, organized the campaign with media engagement on drinking water security.
\nACA in May 1997, published the first book “Consumer Challenges\" supported by the “Partner Foundation Foundation\" and “Tacis Democracy\". During this year he has organized several seminars, conferences on the publication and recognition of consumer protection laws in Tirana, Elbasan, Shkodra, Fier, Vlora, Lezha and Durr\u00ebs.
\nACA on 22.01.1998, informs that the food market sells staphylococci such as margarine, meat and flour.
\nACA in 1998 has organized several trainings with the leaders of 12 regions and several workshops in Shkodra, La\u00e7, Fier, Elbasan, Vlora, Durr\u00ebs, Berat, Kor\u00e7a, for the protection of consumers in the market economy.
\nACA in 1998 was supported by the ministries concerned and local government by providing facilities and sound centers in the campaign for spoiled flour and lead mills such as: Fier, Kor\u00e7a, Berat, where the media are engaged.
\nACA in May 1998, published the second book “Knowledge for Customers\"
\nThe District Court of Tirana, with no.2277 act, decided “On Provisional Measure\", with Judges: Altina Xhoxhaj and Judge Assistant; Dhimitra Qarri Petrit \u00c7omo. It is being considered at the court hearing of the Claimant: “Hellenic Botling Company\" and defendant Fredi P\u00ebrgjika.<\/p>\n

  • Secondary Intruder: The Consumer Protection Association (ACA).\n

    The court imposed the provisional measure, with legal basis Article 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure

    • ACA in the years 1990-2000, organized talks, meetings, conferences, trainings with Kosovar refugees within Kosovo and supported by U.K (unity kingdom) and D.F.I.D.
      \nACA in 2000, organizes the campaign “Labeling of food in the market\", as well as the campaign “Against Counterfeit\" (phantom) supported by the media.
      \nACA in 2000 also handed over Kosovar refugees to the “Missionaries among Kosovars\" booklet, leaflets, leaflets on “Mine Exploration\".
      \nACA in March 2001 celebrates the 10th anniversary of its formation.
      \nACA in July-December 2001 has organized consumer awareness training “Paying Taxes\" and to be more sensitive to the good administration of their taxes supported by S.N.V. Also co-operating in this campaign both central and local radio and television.
      \nACA in 2002 makes “Pedicure for Drinking Water\" in Tirana, La\u00e7, Fier, K\u00eblcyr\u00eb, Lezha. After pedaling in many cities, the state of water supply improved.
      \nAAC branches, in Kruj\u00eb and Fush\u00eb-Kruj\u00eb, protested for environmental protection, the Ministry of Environment took steps to improve the situation.
      \nIn 2001-2002, the association conducted a campaign “On the effect of taxes on economic improvement\" (permanent duty of ours) with support from S.N.V. Foundation.
      \nACA in 2003, has cooperated with the Ministry of Commerce for the Consumer Protection Law. She also gave opinions, made suggestions for additional articles in the new consumer protection law.
      \nACA in 2003 has organized the campaign “On Iodization\" of children in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.
      \nACA in 2004 has organized the “Anti-smoking campaign\" in collaboration with the anti-smoking association and has supported UNICEF. Also, the association organized for 2 months the campaign “On drinking water chlorination\", where the media were engaged.
      \nIn 2004, the association cooperated with the Ministry of Health for the draft “On iodize\" bill, organized a campaign for “Customer awareness\" and the risk that plastics bring to people, as well as its collection and recycling supported by financial support from the British and Australian embassies.
      \nIn 2005, the association organized the campaign “On the labeling of food products\", it also organized trainings, distributed banners with 10-EC Principles. And eight consumer rights.
      \nThe GTC has supported us financially for the reconstruction of the Tirana Counseling Office, as well as M.E.T.E.
      \nIn 2006 the association has organized databases, has joint training with METE, with CARDS \/ 6, and METE is supported with a grant for office equipment.
      \nIn 2007, ACA organized a senibilization campaign in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and UNICEF on the importance of “iodizing in children\".
      \nACA in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture in 2007 has given its contribution with suggestions and proposals “On Food Law\" and Milk. He has also contributed to the Law “On the Right to Information\".
      \nOn 17 March 2008, AAC participated in Budva on the topic of “Food Safety\"
      \nACA on 01.04.2008, participated in Ohrid, Macedonia with the topic “Consumer Protection in the Field of Banking Services\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In 2008, ACA conducted an analysis of questionnaires, appraisal surveys in 2006-2007 compared to 2004-2005 in the field of industrial products and trade (such as confectionery, shoes, sandals, etc.).

      The activities for 2010 are best reflected in the annual report, but we are writing some suggestions made by the association to the competent bodies.<\/p>\n

      ACTIVITIES WITH SPACE FOR ASSOCIATION FOR THE YEAR 2010<\/p>\n

      Meeting of the General Assembly of the Association on 16.12.2010 which was successfully completed with all the coordinators and leaders in the districts, invited by the state institutions that cooperate with the AAC, with representatives from UNDP. associations and other organizations as well as friends of the association. The meeting was held in the premises of the Museum of History from 10-12-20 where the guests had a cocktail. The whole activity is reflected by the Media \/ 9 Albanian TV shows for the consumer, we are presenting the part of the Resolution held by the President of Asmabeta Z \/ Ali Hoxha.<\/p>\n

      Wide participation of AAC members in Tirana and Rrethi, with the invited co-ordinators operating in Albania. Participated and followed by the dikaseteret as:<\/p>\n
